• $5,000 Commencement & Retention Bonus

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse - Night Shift, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of residents during overnight hours. You will provide high-quality, person-centered care while leading and supporting a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents in making informed choices about their care and lifestyle.

• Deliver safe and effective clinical and personal care services.

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and care planning to optimise health and well-being.

• Maintain a strong understanding of the AN-ACC model and aged care funding.

• Demonstrate knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation process.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve best outcomes for residents.

• Maintain excellent communication with residents, families, and colleagues.

• Commit to continuous quality improvement and ongoing professional development.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor of Nursing qualification

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

• Minimum 2 years of aged care experience

• Willingness to work Night Shifts

• Current First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or willingness to obtain one

• Valid Australian Work Entitlements
